Certificate of Attendance
All participants who register to the congress will be given a certificate of participation in online PDF format and/or as a signed document.
Congress Bag
Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area.
Scientific Program & Abstract Book
The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the congress foyer area.
Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.
Coffee Breaks
Hot and cold beverages and cookies will be served as an open buffet between sessions.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided at Congress Hotel during the congress.

- Guests that are not staying at the congress hotel are required to pay an external participation fee of 50 euros per day. Lunch is included in this fee (maximum use between 09:00-18:00 is included, alcoholic beverages in the bar are not included).

Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully the general information and conditions:
- In case of cancellation until June 15, 2023 : Full refund
- June 15 – August 15, 2023: 50% refund
- After August 15, 2023: No refund
- All refunds will only be made after the congress
- All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretary.
